Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Seller Door grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal use only, unless we agree otherwise. All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by us or licensed to us by third parties.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, internet connections, and other equipment necessary to access the Services.
You may be required to register for an account to use certain parts of the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Seller Door, including marketing messages (which you may opt out of at any time).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Door and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed $50 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seller Door, its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if we believe you violated this Agreement. Certain provisions (e.g., indemnity, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California (or Nevada, if applicable to specific transactions), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in San Diego, California, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and Seller Door. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
We may assign our rights under this Agreement without restriction. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
